This bill removes obsolete and outdated sections. This bill also ensures a dentist cannot limit a patient's right
to file a complaint with the Board of Dentistry.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation will have no fiscal impact on the General Fund or the Board of Dentistry's dedicated fund.
