STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

This legislation provides conditions under which petitions will be granted to be removed from a water and
sewer taxing district.
FISCAL NOTE
The legislation will have no fiscal impact to the general fund, or local governments because it merely changes
conditions that petitions should be granted.
