STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS27813 / H0591
This legislation creates a refund provision of up to 50% of the tax levied and paid to the Idaho Potato
Commission on a quarterly basis.
FISCAL NOTE
The dollars levied and collected by the Idaho Potato Commission come from all Idaho potato growers, shippers
and processors across the state. No state general funds support the commission.
