This legislation only applies to the section regarding indexed annuities. It also asks the agent to maintain
disclosure records for a time certain and asks insurance companies to surrender charges over a 10-year period.
The director would be charged to create the disclosure form.
FISCAL NOTE
There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund because the Department of Insurance operates solely on dedicated
funds.
