STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS27731 / H0518
This bill adds additional disclosure to the Property Tax Notices in Section 74-109(1). Added to the existing list
of disclosures on a property tax notice will be, (1) the expiration date of any bond and (2) the prior year tax
amounts.
FISCAL NOTE
This may require minor reformatting of a property tax notice that a county treasurer sends out. No cost to the
general budget is anticipated.
