The purpose of this legislation is to remove the restriction of membership regarding political party affiliation
on the Idaho Fish and Game Commission.
FISCAL NOTE
There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund, because the Idaho Department of Fish and Game is a dedicated
fund agency.
