STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS27365 / S1336
This legislation changes current code pertaining to assault or battery upon certain personnel. It adds employees
and members of the Idaho Commission of Pardons and Paroles to the list of personnel covered under Idaho
Code Chapter 9 § 18-915.
FISCAL NOTE
No impact to the General Fund or to any other government fund can be reasonably quantified. Certainly, cases
may still occur and will need to be tried.
