STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

This legislation prevents an urban renewal district from taking a highway district's increment without the
highway district's approval.
FISCAL NOTE
No fiscal impact, unless an urban renewal district is created or expanded. The only potential fiscal impact would
be that the highway district would retain the revenue instead of it going to the urban renewal district. No fiscal
impact to the state of Idaho.
