STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS27631 / H0453
This bill moves the date of annual budget request submissions to DFM and LSO from November 1 to November
15 for the Judicial Branch, Legislative Branch, and the Department of Administration's Division of Public
Works. This change is needed to accommodate budget approvals by governing councils that are difficult to
schedule before November 1 of each year.
FISCAL NOTE
There will be no fiscal impact at the state or local level resulting from this amendment.
