STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS27538 / S1319
The purpose of this legislation is to amend § 25-2811 Idaho Code by removing conflicting language associated
with vicious dogs and penalties regarding § 25-2810.
FISCAL NOTE
There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund of the State of Idaho because it does not involve the additional
spending of money at the local or state level. This clarifies a penalty provision.
