STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS27348 / H0403
This legislation completes the cross referencing from the Child Protective Act back to the newer parental rights
sections of Idaho Code, since both portions of code should be considered whenever one of the portions is
brought up and referenced.
FISCAL NOTE
The legislation will have no fiscal impact to the general fund, or any other state fund or local governments
because the language just changes policy for how to use the code and does not require resources to implement.
