STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS27447 / H0378
This legislation will amend section 59-904A regarding how vacancies are filled in the Idaho legislature. With
this change the number of nominees submitted from the district to the governor will change from three to one.
FISCAL NOTE
There is no fiscal impact to the general fund, state or local units of government because it is only changing
the number of nominees to be submitted from the district to the governor in case of a vacancy in the Idaho
legislature.
