STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS27267 / H0370
To link disability eligibility outlined in sections 59-1352 and 59-1352A, Idaho Code. Currently, 59-1352A does
not reference 59-1352, which can allow for an interpretation that these two sections eligibility requirements are
separate.
FISCAL NOTE
No fiscal impact would occur with this additional language added to existing code. The funding mechanism
currently outlined in section 59-1352A remains unchanged.
