STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS27458 / H0365
The purpose of this legislation is to reflect the fact that the name of the Department of Disaster Relief and Civil
Defense was changed to the Idaho Office of Emergency Management and to eliminate outdated and unused
language that required duplicative information to be recorded in the House and Senate journals.
FISCAL NOTE
There is no expected costs to the general fund nor to any other local agency because this bill only changes
obsolete language and eliminates unused provisions.
