STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS27368 / H0356
All beef cattle feeding operations are required to submit a "Nutrient Management Plan" to the Idaho State
Department of Agriculture for approval. There are many avenues to create a plan, one being a web-based
planner housed at ISDA. This bill provides the ability to use the ISDA planner while protecting proprietary
information.
FISCAL NOTE
There will be no impact to the State General or Dedicated funds because the web-based planner is currently
operational and in use.
