STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS27208 / H0350
The Department of Administration is proposing legislation allowing the administrator of the Division of Public
Works to contract with public or private entities to manage after hours parking at the Capitol Mall.
FISCAL NOTE
Net annual revenue is projected to be $200,000. Current law requires parking proceeds to be deposited in the
permanent building fund for the maintenance and operation of the Capitol Mall.
