STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS27217 / S1243
Section 67-3524, Idaho Code, established the equitable distribution of government overhead expenses for the
State Controller's Office financial transactions and personnel/payroll processing. Section 67-3531, Idaho Code,
also allows for this equitable distribution for government overhead expenses through the annual statewide
indirect cost allocation plan, therefore 67-3524 is no longer required. This legislation would remove a duplicate
code section that is no longer in use.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation will have minimal fiscal impact. The proposed change removes a code section that is no longer
in use.
