STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS27278 / S1245
The current time period established in Section 59-1014, Idaho Code, for all state officers and agencies to deposit
the receipt of funds can be challenging for some remote agency locations. This legislation would allow the
Board of Examiners to grant specific permission of deposit and some other interval by the provisions of a
resolution of the board.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation will have minimal fiscal impact. Any exceptions granted by the Board of Examiners should
allow for more efficient agency operations.
