STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

This Legislation authorizes third-party businesses "Bonded Wine Warehouses" to be established in Idaho for
the sole purpose of storing and handling wines produced by vintners and wineries.
FISCAL NOTE
There will be a de minimus positive impact on the general fund due to the fact that a new bonded wine warehouse
license will be created where these business entities will pay an annual $300.00 license fee to the state. An
increase to the Idaho State Police budget is estimated at $900.
