STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS27396 / H0335
This legislation removes the prohibition on use of eminent domain powers for purposes of developing greenbelts
and bike paths.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation does not have any anticipated fiscal impact to the General Fund or to any county or other
government fund. The authorization of the use of eminent domain would not increase the cost of greenbelt or
bike path projects and may in fact reduce costs.
