STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS27331 / H0325
This legislation increases the distribution to the Transportation Expansion and Congestion Mitigation program
from 1% of sales tax collections to 2% of sales tax collections.
FISCAL NOTE
The transfer of an additional 1% of revenues will result in an additional estimated $18 million to the
Transportation Expansion and Congestion Mitigation Fund.
