STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS27321 / S1226
This legislation adds the words "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" to the Idaho Human Rights Act,
provides definitions for these terms, and amends the stated purpose of the Act consistent with the legislation's
other amendments.
FISCAL NOTE
No fiscal impact. The IHRC already has structure in place to accept discrimination complaints.
