STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

This Legislation clarifies in Idaho Code the allowance of a craft brew facility in Idaho to contract with other
entities wishing to brew at their facility. This Legislation would have no fiscal impact to the Idaho General
Fund.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation has no fiscal impact on the state's General Fund. The proposal updates language in Idaho
Code § 23-1001 to conform to the current statute.
