STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS27178
This is an FY 2019 supplemental appropriation bill for the Department of Administration, Permanent
Building Fund. It provides $529,000 for the necessary renovation costs of the Borah Building, or for other
reasonable space, to relocate all, or part, of the office of the State Treasurer. Included in the total amount
is funding for moving costs and any necessary capital outlay for computer and office equipment. This
appropriation has lump sum authority. The bill also requires any unused funding to be transferred back to
the General Fund.
