STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

This bill amends Idaho Code to clarify that the rights to remove and/or deposit debris from water delivery
rights of way extends to vegetation within the rights of way.
FISCAL NOTE
The proposed legislative amendment will have no financial impact because it is limited to clarifying or
correcting language in the statute.
