STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS26886
Amends Idaho Code Section 18-3302(4) to lower the age limit for concealed carrying of a handgun within
city limits to 18 years old and over.
FISCAL NOTE
This is an administrative change and would have no fiscal impact on the General Fund or any local
government funds.
