STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS26926
This legislation corrects and clarifies some confusing and inconsistent aspects of Idaho Code Section
18-3302 dealing with concealed weapons. This legislation also changes the length of knife blade excluded
from the definition of deadly weapon from four (4) inches to six (6) inches.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation will have no impact on the state general fund or any other state funds. There will not be any
fiscal impact to local governments.
