STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

This legislation would remove the "Chairman" requirement of the County Commissioner filling the
appointing authority on a Regional Behavioral Health Board.
FISCAL NOTE
There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund or to any other entity. There is no impact as this does not add
or remove any functions of the Regional Behavioral Health Boards.
