AN ACT
RELATING TO REPORTING REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES.
3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
1 Section 1. Section 7A.3, subsection 1, paragraph h, Code
2 2021, is amended by striking the paragraph.
3 Sec. 2. Section 8A.111, subsections 2 and 11, Code 2021, are
4 amended by striking the subsections.
5 Sec. 3. Section 8A.123, subsection 5, Code 2021, is amended
6 by striking the subsection.
7 Sec. 4. Section 315.7, Code 2021, is amended to read as
8 follows:
9 315.7 Monthly certification of funds Account of funds ——
10 disbursements.
11 The account of the fund shall be kept by the director of
12 the department of administrative services and the treasurer
13 of state and shall show the amount of the fund including all
14 credits to the fund and disbursements. The director of the
15 department of administrative services shall report monthly to
16 the department an account of the fund including all credits
17 and disbursements. Upon certification by the department in
18 accordance with rules adopted by the director of the department
19 of administrative services, the director of the department of

20 administrative services shall issue warrants for disbursements
21 from the fund.
