Your Committee on Health & Homelessness, to which was
referred H.C.R. No. 45 entitled:
“HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE GOVERNOR’S
COORDINATOR ON HOMELESSNESS TO CONDUCT A STUDY ON THE COST OF
PROGRAMS AND SERVICES NECESSARY TO END CHRONIC HOMELESSNESS
BY 2030,”

The purpose of this measure is to request the Governor’s
coordination on homelessness to conduct a study on the cost of
programs and services need to end homelessness.
Your Committee received testimony in support of this measure
from two Individuals.
As affirmed by the record of votes of the members of your
Committee on Health & Homelessness that is attached to this
report, your Committee concurs with the intent and purpose of
H.C.R. No. 45 and recommends that it be referred to your Committee
on Finance.
