- Removes section one and four of the underlying bill that tied this public records exemption
bill to a substantive change in SB 1690. The substantive change in SB 1690 was removed by
a previous amendment to that bill.
- The remaining sections of the bill are substantively identical.
- The amendment now only addresses the public records exemption related to the petition filed
by a human trafficking victim for an expunction of eligible criminal history records.
