6 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

8 Section 1. Nellie Drive Connection is an Appropriations
9 Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of
10 Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project
11 Request 495, herein incorporated by reference.
12 Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum
13 of $3,200,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund
14 is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the
15 Nellie Drive Connection as described in Appropriations Project
16 Request 495.
17 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022.
