House Amendment - 005937 reverts Senate amendment 535476 to the House position.
Specifically, the amendment reinserts provisions allowing a nurse registry to delegate certain
tasks to CNAs, reinserts provisions related to the expansion of practice for occupational
therapists and removes a provision added by the Senate amendment allowing pharmacists to
administer certain opioid and alcohol use disorder medications under the supervision of a
physician.
