6 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

8 Section 1. Tech Sassy Girlz is an Appropriations Project
9 as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives
10 and is described in Appropriations Project Request 1097, herein
11 incorporated by reference.
12 Section 2. For fiscal year 2021-2022 the nonrecurring sum
13 of $100,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the
14 Department of Education to fund the Tech Sassy Girlz as
15 described in Appropriations Project Request 1097.
16 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2021.
