Pursuant to section 451 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act (D.C. Official Code § 1-
204.51) and section 202 of the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010 (D.C. Official Code §
2-352.02), enclosed for consideration and approval by the Council of the District of Columbia is
proposed to Contract No. CW95508 with Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. in the not-to-
exceed amountof $2,615,600.48. The periodofperformance is from February 24, 2022 — February
23, 2025.
Under the proposed contract, Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. shall provide design build
services to advance the environmental assessment and preliminary designs for the Oxon Run
Stream and Wetland Restoration Project.

A PROPOSED RESOLUTION
IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA,
To approve, on an emergency basis, multiyear Contract No. CW95508 with Johnson, Mirmiran
& Thompson, Inc. to provide design build services to advance the environmental
assessment and preliminary designs for the Oxon Run Stream and Wetland Restoration
Project.
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
resolution may be cited as the “Multiyear Contract No. CW95508 with Johnson, Mirmiran &
Thompson, Inc. Emergency Approval Resolution of 2023”.
Sec. 2. Pursuant to section 451(c)(3)ofthe District of Columbia Home Rule Act,
approved December 24, 1973 (87 Stat. 803; D.C. Official Code § 1-204.51(¢)(3)), the Council
approves Contract No. CW95508 with Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. to provide design
26 build services in the not-to-exceed amountof$2,615,600.48.
27 Sec. 3. Transmittal
28 The Council shall transmit a copyofthis resolution, upon its adoption, to the Mayor.
29 Sec. 4. Fiscal impact statement.
30 The Council adopts the fiscal impact statement of the Chief Financial Officer as the fiscal
31 impact statement required by section 4a of the General Legislative Procedures Act of 1975,
32 approved October 16, 2006 (120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official Code § 1-301.47a).
33 Sec. 5. Effective date.
