Barry Lucas
Barry Lucas is the Senior Project Manager and Project Director for
Black and Veatch Corporation with over 30 years of experience in
environmental engineering.
Mr. Lucas is a Professional Engineer registered in New York and the
Washington, D.C. metropolitan area with specialties in waste water,
water conveyance, and treatment. As the former ATCS PLC and ATCS
Cl Construction Services Manager, Mr. Lucas managed complex
infrastructure projects with public and private stakeholders. Mr. Lucas
served over ten years as Program Managerfor the DC Water and Sewer
Authority Capital Improvement Program. Mr. Lucas also served as
URS Corp Project Manager and the Port Authority of New York and
New Jersey Senior Engineer.
