Alan Steven Friedman is a Regulatory, Quality and Professional
Affairs Manager in the Regional Department of Pharmacy
Services with Kaiser Permanente and a current member and vice
chairman of the District of Columbia Board of Pharmacy.
Mr. Friedman is a proven regulatory coordinator and program
manager who has provided a wide range of services toward
compliance, quality assurance, government relations and
legislative initiatives. He is experienced in creating performance
goal strategies, developing work-flow evaluation tools and
providing work-scope augmentation post analysis. Mr. Friedman
. has been instrumental in ensuring that governmental policy is
rm] implemented and followed and that it is effective and responsive
to the pharmacy profession.
