RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
resolution may be cited as the Board of Medicine Dr. Vikisha Fripp Confirmation Resolution of
2021".
Sec. 2. The Councilofthe District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of:

Dr. Vikisha Fripp is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Providence
Hospital, Assistant Professor in the Department of General Surgery at
Howard University, and currently serves as a member of the District of

Dr. Fripp is a double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. She is a Diplomate
