Pursuant to section 451 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act (D.C. Official Code 1-
204.51) and the Procurement Practices Reform Act (D.C. Official Code 2-351.01 et seq.),
enclosed for consideration and approval by the Council of the District of Columbia is proposed
Modification No. 0008 to Contract No. CW70389 with Tax Credit Asset Management, LLC to
exercise option year two in the amount of $2,841,604.49. The period of performance is from
October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022.
Under the proposed modification, Tax Credit Asset Management, LLC shall continue to provide
asset management services and portfolio management oversight to outstanding loans in its
affordable housing projects portfolio, including low-income housing tax credits and affordable
dwelling units for the Department of Housing and Community Development.

2. The unit prices for the option period are provided in Section B.3.3 -Option Year Two.
3. The U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination No. 2015-4281, Revision 19, dated July 21, 2021 is
incorporated into the contract and replaces any previous Wage Determinations.
