Pursuant to section 451 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act (D.C. Official Code 1-
204.51) and the Procurement Practices Reform Act (D.C. Official Code 2-351.01 et seq.),
enclosed for consideration and approval by the Council of the District of Columbia is proposed
Modification No. 9 to Contract No. DCKA-2018-C-0030 with Fort Myer Construction
Corporation to exercise Option Year 2 in the not-to-exceed amount of $80,000,000.00. The
period of performance is from June 3, 2021 through June 2, 2022. Mod #9 June 3, 2021 through
June 18, 2021 and Mod#l0 -June 19, 2021 through July 6, 2021 is also included.
Under the proposed modification, Fort Myer Construction Corporation shall continue to perform
local pavement restoration services throughout the District.

2021.

agency for the fiscal year and is consistent with the financial plan and budget adopted in
accordance with D.C. Official Code 47-392.01 and 47-392.02
The contract ceiling is $80,000,000.00. The Agency Fiscal Officer has certified that contract
funding is consistent with the applicable financial plan and budget.

The Government of the District of Columbia hereby exercises its option to extend the term of contract No. DCKA-2018-C-0030,
pursuant to Section F.3, Option to Extend Term of the Agreement. The period of performance for this no cost time extension for Option
Year One is extended from June 19, 2021 through July 6, 2021. Option Years One and Two are redesignated Option Periods One and
Two, and are modified as follows:
