Pursuant to section 451ofthe District ofColumbia Home Rule Act (D.C. Official Code 1-
204.51) and the Procurement Practices Reform Act (D.C. Official Code 2-351.01 et seq.),
enclosed for consideration and approval by the Council of the District of Columbia is proposed
Modification Number Four to contract DCKA-2018-C-0080 with Capitol Paving of D.C., Inc. to
exercise option year two in the not-to-exceed amountof $25,000,000.00. The period of
performance is from June 21, 2021 to June 20, 2022.
Under the proposed modification, Capitol Paving of D.C., Inc., shall continue to provide alley
restoration services citywide.
