RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
resolution may be cited as the Commission on Out of Schoo! Time Grants and Youth Outcomes
Rev. Gary Hill Confirmation Resolution of 2021.
Sec. 2. The Councilofthe District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of:

34 Sec. 3. The Councilofthe District of Columbia shall transmit a copyofthis resolution,

Rev. Gary B. Hi
Rev. Gary B, Hill currently serves on the Commission on Out of
School Time Grants and Youth Outcomes as a provider of youth
development programs member. He is the Founder and Director of
Exodus Treatment Center, Inc. where he is responsible for
providing drug education, substance abuse/addiction intervention,
mental health services, and recovery support services for low to
moderate income earning families geographically located in the
Washington Metropolitan area.
Rev. Hill has worked 18 years as a public servant with the United
States Government, National Institute of Health, and graduated
from Calvin Coolidge High School. He has also worked for 10 years as a contractor for various
United States Government agencies where he held the position of supervisor and manager. Under
Rev. Hill's leadership over the past six years, Exodus Treatment Center has established recovery
support services for at-risk individuals in the northeast, southeast, and southwest sections of
Washington, D.C.
Rev. Hill is being reappointed to the Commission on Out of School Time Grants and Youth
Outcomes becauseofhis deep roots within the community and nearly two decades of serving the
public have proven to beofgreat value to the commission.
A Ward 7resident, Rev. Hill received a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies from Family
Bible College and an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Georgetown
University.
