Frances Olivia French is the Owner of The French Institute of
Cosmetology
Ms. French is a Licensed Esthetician and Cosmetologist with over 25
years in the beauty industry. She founded the French Institute of
Cosmetology in 1997, which offers widespread career training courses
from cosmetology to spa management. Ms. French also owned and
operated a skin care salon from 1989-1991 called Olivia's Institute of
Beauty. She has been featured in various publications such as the
Working Woman Magazine and the Washington Post.
A Ward 6 resident, Ms, French received her licensing from Robert
Lewis School of Cosmetology, National Institute of Cosmetology, and Scanners Beauty
