Patrick Williams
Patrick Williams is the Principal/Owner of Workshop for Higher
Performance Architecture, PLLC (WHiP Architecture) and a current
member of the Board of Architecture, Interior Design, and
Landscape Architecture.
With over 23 years of architectural experience working in New
York, Pennsylvania, Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, and
internationally, Mr. Williams has provided design and management
on a variety of project types in the residential, commercial,
institutional, educational, historic preservation, recreational, and
hospitality markets. His education and training have been instrumental in his acquiring skills with
architectural design, project management, building code and zoning analyses, accessibility,
construction documentation and administration, as well as in the documentation of historic
buildings. WhiP Architecture is a full-service architectural design practice he founded in 2013 that
is committed to providing responsible, innovative planning and building solutions for specific
client needs.
Mr. Williams professional expertise and innovative approach to the profession makes WHiP
Architecture different from other firms. The firm fosters team-building by forming partnerships
that add value. These partners include real estate developers, construction managers and
architecture firms with compatible visible expertise. From 2013 to 2014, Mr. Williams was a
