Pursuant to section 451 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act (D.C. Official Code 1-
204.51) and the Procurement Practices Reform Act (D.C. Official Code 2-351.01 et seq.),
enclosed for consideration and approval by the Council of the District of Columbia is proposed
Modification No. M0010 to Contract No: CW68847 with Constituent Services Public Benefit
Corporation to exercise option year two in the not-to-exceed amount of $2,503,917.00. The
period of performance is from October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021.
Under the proposed modification, Constituent Services Public Benefit Corporation shall continue
to provide Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) education and occupational
training services for the authorized amount of 150 participants in the TANF program.

The Office of the Chief Financial Officer certifies the sum of $2,503,917.00 for Constituent
Services Worldwide Public Benefit, Corp., for Educational and Occupational training. The funds
are included in the Districts Local Budget and Financial Plan submitted to Congress by the
Chairman of the Council to the Speaker of the House of Representatives for Fiscal Year 2021.
The contract extends from the period of October 01, 2020, through September 30, 2021. Upon
approval by Congress of the Districts Local Budget and Financial Plan, funds will be sufficient
to pay for fees and costs associated with the contract. There is no fiscal impact associated with
the contract.
