RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
19 resolution may be cited as the Boardof Directorsof the Tobacco Settlement Financing

29 Corporation, pursuant to section 3704(e)of the Tobacco Settlement Financing Act of 2000,
30 effective October 19, 2000 (D.C. Law 13-172; D.C. Official Code 7-1831.03()), to serve fora
31 term ending 4 years after the effective date of this resolution.
32 Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of this resolution,
33 upon its adoption, to the appointee, the chairperson ofthe Board, to the Officeof the Mayor, and
34 to the Office of the Chief Financial Officer.
35 Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon the first dateofpublication in
36 the District of Columbia Register.

on the Judiciary and Public Safety with oversightofpublic safety agencies including the Metropolitan Police Department,

city-wide labor relations team. Prepared the agencys biennial budget submission. Staff to the City Couneils Finance and
Management Committee. City Council report coordinator for the agency.
Principal Financial Analyst, Assistant to the Controller - Finance and Management Agency, 2002 to 2003
Prepared $30 million in annual billings to the Port of Oakland for police and fire services. Prepared annual fringe benefit and
overhead rate tables. Prepared the request-for-proposal for the City and Ports financial auditor. Prepared cost estimates for
cost-of-living increases for police and fire employee bargaining units
