SUBSTITUE LANGUAGE:
LCO 4306
The substitute language requires the teaching of climate change within the study of physical
sciences.
The bill no longer contains language establishing a personal financial management pilot
program and the establishment of a CT Civics Education Task Force, thereby eliminating
provisions that were not funded in the Appropriations Committee budget.
