RESOLUTION CONVENING THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN SPECIAL
SESSION.
Resolved by this Assembly:
1 That pursuant to Article III of the amendments to the state
2 constitution, and Rule 33 of the Joint Rules of this session, we the
3 members of this General Assembly judge it necessary that there be a
4 special session of the General Assembly, that said session be convened
5 not earlier than 12:01 a.m. on June 10, 2021, and that the call of the
6 session be solely for the purposes of considering and enacting the
7 following legislation:
8 Bills concerning the allocation of federal funds designated for the
9 state pursuant to the provisions of Subtitle M of Title IX of the American
10 Rescue Plan Act of 2021, P.L. 117-2, as amended from time to time.
11 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the clerks of the Senate and the
12 House of Representatives deliver a copy of this resolution to the
