SUBSTITUTE LANGUAGE:
(LCO 7745) The substitute language eliminates Section 4 of the underlying bill, which
contained an appropriation of $210,000 for the grant program established under the bill. An
appropriation for that grant program was included in the Appropriations Committee budget
(Substitute for HB 6439) in the amount of $200,000 (along with funds to administer it).
