REASONS FOR BILL:
This bill would require the Department of Public Health to establish clinics to spread access
to mental and emotional health services offered by the state to student, to better support the
youth in mental health matters.
Language is added on line 3 to more precisely indicate where the cited following information
was previously mentioned.
Language is added on line 21 to define what a School-based mental health clinic is.
Language is altered on line 29 for organizational purposes of the document.
Language is added on line 41 in order to incorporate mental health clinics in the list of centers
